Slack is the Phase 1 integration and the primary working surface.

Use Slack for:

  • Creating initiatives.
  • Capturing source messages and files.
  • Running quality checks.
  • Answering readiness questions.
  • Approving or rejecting documents.
  • Running technical discovery.
  • Generating tasks.
  • Receiving implementation-pack notifications.

Required Public-Channel Scopes​

Slack requires these public-channel scopes:

  • channels:history
  • channels:read
  • files:read
  • users:read
  • users:read.email
  • chat:write
  • commands
  • app_mentions:read

Optional Private-Channel And DM Capture​

Optional private-channel and DM capture can request:

  • groups:history
  • im:history
  • mpim:history

Reinstall Slack if the workspace token cannot be decrypted or scopes need to change.
