1. Create initiatives in Slack or the UI.
2. Add all available context before generating.
3. Treat low-confidence or warning-heavy quality reports as a prompt to add more source material.
4. Use the UI for careful document review and export.
5. Approve only when the document is good enough to drive engineering discovery.
6. Answer discovery in Slack with concrete implementation constraints.
7. Generate tasks only after discovery is complete or intentionally closed.
8. Use Linear for day-to-day delivery state.
9. Use GitHub for blueprint and implementation pull request review.

Admins

1. Install Slack first.
2. Configure the team ID prefix and inbound email address.
3. Connect GitHub read-only before technical discovery is needed.
4. Connect Linear before task generation is needed.
5. Upgrade GitHub write access only when implementation packs or blueprint automation are ready to run.
6. Configure billing, cost caps, and BYOM routing before high-volume usage.
