SendGrid Inbound Email​

SendGrid powers inbound email ingestion.

Use it when context arrives by email or when users need to send files rather than Slack messages. Relay verifies the inbound webhook signature, stores the event, routes it to a team or initiative, extracts text, and attaches matching content as artefacts.

Stripe​

Stripe is used for checkout, subscription state, and the customer portal.

If Stripe is not configured in an environment, Relay can still mark a plan active for local or test use.

Datadog And Operational Alerts​

Operational alerting is not a daily user workflow, but Relay can emit alerts for dead-lettered webhooks, cost-cap pauses, and provider or token failures.

These alerts help admins understand why automation has paused.
