Workspace, Team, And Billing Settings

Use Settings for workspace and team configuration.

Important Settings

  • ID prefix: The prefix used for new initiative IDs, for example ENG.
  • Inbound email: The team email address, for example ENG@intake.relay.app.
  • Approval mode: Member approval or admin approval.
  • Escalation: Hours before admin or designated approver escalation.
  • Monthly cost cap USD: Guardrail for provider spend.
  • Delivery task notes: Preferences injected into task generation.
  • Create draft PRs automatically: Controls whether implementation packs create draft GitHub pull requests.
  • Require blueprints: Gates implementation packs behind approved blueprint pull requests.
  • New Work Packages need blueprint review: Default blueprint requirement for newly proposed Work Packages.
  • Blueprint repo: The connected GitHub repository used as the source of truth for blueprint files.
  • Data readiness: Provider disclosure, retention, storage encryption, and deletion policy.
  • BYOM routing: Bring-your-own-model provider and embedding routing.

Team Settings

Use Settings > Team to:

  • Add organisation teams.
  • View team ID prefixes.
  • Add members.
  • Search or filter members.
  • Change member roles.
  • Remove team members.

Keep at least one admin or owner in the workspace.

Integrations Settings

Use Settings > Integrations to:

  • Install or reinstall Slack.
  • Install or manage GitHub.
  • Select repositories for codebase indexing.
  • Check GitHub index freshness and warnings.
  • Connect or reconnect Linear.
  • See Linear OAuth scopes and connection state.

Billing

Use Billing to:

  • See free trial status.
  • Choose a paid plan.
  • Open the Stripe customer portal when available.
  • Review active initiative usage.
  • Review LLM cost, token usage, provider cost, and purpose cost.
  • See provider routing and enterprise encryption status.

Billing counts successful stored document generations. Failed attempts and regenerations in the same month are shown separately.
